MOTORCYCLE SAFETY FOUNDATION RECEIVES RADD CALIFORNIA COALITION SPIRIT OF  PARTNERSHIP AWARD

Foundation Continues its Partnership with RADD
to Discourage Drinking and Riding

IRVINE, Calif., Mar. 20, 2008 - The Motorcycle Safety Foundation has received the
RADD California Coalition Spirit of Partnership Award. This award was given for
MSF's distribution of alcohol awareness campaign materials to every motorcycle
dealer in California.

"We're extremely proud to be part of the Coalition's efforts to address the serious
problem of impaired driving and riding in our state," said Wendy Larkin,
spokesperson for the MSF. "Alcohol use is a factor in over 30 percent of
motorcycle crashes nationally."

Riding a motorcycle requires even more skill than driving a car. Even a small
amount of alcohol can affect balance, coordination, reaction time, vision and
judgment. Since a motorcyclist can't have a designated driver, and is unlikely to
leave their bike and take a cab, a rider simply needs to choose whether to drink or
to ride. This led to a campaign message specifically for riders, 'Decide Before You
Ride.'

"We're looking forward to a continued partnership with RADD, working on
changing the mindset of anyone who turns the key of their vehicle, to make our
roads safer for everyone," Larkin said.
