uperTrapp Industries is on fire. No surprise there. SuperTrapp has one of its best lineups in years. Riders are finding just what they want, too, whether it’s pure custom, pure performance or custom and performance. There’s more than ever to choose from and it’s all in the FatBook.
SuperTrapp custom has become almost legendary. The Crack Pipe, X Pipe and the Phantom–all designed by Paul Yaffe and then manufactured by SuperTrapp to Yaffe’s specifications–bring a look, sound and vibe to the off-the-shelf market that, before all this, wasn’t even remotely possible. That whole “Road Legend” series has become one of the most popular exhaust lines to come along in years. This year
SuperTrapp has expanded on all of it. There are more Road Legend pipes with more features now, and they’re available in even more styles.
There are more Road Legend add-ons and more applications for more bikes, too. The lineup even includes systems for the baggers. Everything in that Road Legend lineup is pro-builder approved, too. These pipes show up everywhere. You can count on that new Phantom for the FLH becoming a red-hot seller, too.
Keep a close eye on SuperTrapp. These guys are rolling out some interesting
product. More custom pipes are on the way, more performance pipes are coming and when they’re ready you know Drag Specialties will have them.
We can start right now with the brand-new SuperTrapp “Low Roller” 2-into-1. This high performance 2-into-1 is a gorgeously sculpted work of art–and it’s a performance
pipe. The benefits of a 2-into-1 are widely known. On this latest SuperTrapp the head
pipes flow into a curved muffler body. It’s a first. For another industry first on a 2-
into-1 the end cap is removable. It’s interchangeable with lots of the already-existing SuperTrapp/Kerker end caps. Riders get to really personalize these pipes, switching end caps as they please and ensuring that one system won’t look exactly like the next. FLH riders have had this option for years. Now it’s available with a 2-into-1. The muffler is designed to really increase exhaust flow, SuperTrappPipes Dreams too, and provide that deep Harley growl without being too loud or annoying. The Low Roller 2-into-1 is available as you’re reading this.
SuperTrapp has also released a new exhaust for the 2007 and 2008 V-Rods. Picking up where they left off with the earliermodel V-Rods, the new ‘07 and ‘08 model V-5 system taps into the power and tuning potential of SuperTrapp’s remarkably efficient external-disc technology. It’s all rolled into a package as awesome as the V-Rod itself. In addition to a distinctive styling statement and a deep, throaty tone the new V-5 offers significant horsepower increases. It’ll cut the weight, too, a significant performance gain right there. The V-5 weighs in at a slight 12 pounds; the stock Harley parts tip the scales at a hefty 33 pounds. Do the math.
Pipes can make or break a bike, custom or performance. SuperTrapp has it covered both ways. That Road Legend series is about as custom as it gets, the new Low Roller combines custom with 2-into-1 technology and the V-5 offers the SuperTrapp advantage of that tunable-disc technology. Custom, performance, and custom with performance–take a look at SuperTrapp. Drag Specialties carries it all.
