egend Air is no newcomer. Legend’s Air Ride Systems are well known throughout the motorcycle world; their height adjustability is almost mandatory on a custom. Patent pending Mono-tube shocks feature Deflective Disc damping and the shock bodies themselves are machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum with a corrosion resistant finish. Inside there are strong 1 3/8-inch pistons attached to 1/2-inch diameter stainless steel rods and all that’s matched with those Legend Air/Gates Rubber Kevlar-reinforced air springs that were specially designed and developed to keep their prescribed OD throughout their travel and no matter what the inflation rate or pressure. All required mounting hardware is included, nothing’s missing, and installation is easy.
