At idle, the MudSlinger measures at 89dB and 93dB at 3,000 RPM (Per SAE-J1287/tested on a 2008 Polaris 800 Ranger RZR).
     This is the ultimate in durability and torque increase with superior silencing. The MudSlinger not only looks cool, but it can hold up to the abuse aggressive ATV riders can dish out. The durable, polished, stainless steel body construction includes an aluminum end cap. The MudSlinger’s low restriction, mechanical core design for superior flow is sure to give riders a spine tingling ride every time.
     SuperTrapp understands that time is riding; therefore, the MudSlinger core is completely rebuildable using “Pillow Pack” packing to minimize any maintenance requirements.
A deep-water snorkel kit is available and if you ask the mud boggers of east Texas, they’ll tell you it’s a “must have.” The MudSlinger is also available as a Universal to fit unique applications.

After attending numerous events, it was clear that the IDSX Series was another popular exhaust choice of riders. SuperTrapp now manufactures the already popular IDSX Series for 2007 and earlier applications and just added brand new 2007 and 2008 applications such as the Yamaha Big Bear 400 4x4 and the Honda 420 Rancher.
     The IDSX is a durable, lightweight 4.5-inch exhaust specifically designed for big bore utility quads in need of more low-end torque and near stock sound levels. While ideal for applications such as farming, hunting and all-terrain riding, the SuperTrapp adjustable disc diffuser system allows the rider to tune the IDSX for more horsepower and sound quality at different points on the powerband by adding or subtracting 3-inch diffuser discs.
     A U.S. Forest Service-approved spark arrestor is included to allow for endless hours of safe riding. The internal disc design keeps mud from clogging the discs. Specific models are all stainless steel construction, including canister, head pipe and core delivers added durability.
     SuperTrapp’s TC Race Systems were designed by legendary engine builder, Tom Carlson. Honda, Suzuki and Yamaha riders have enjoyed TC Race Systems for years. Now Kawasaki riders can too. SuperTrapp now makes TC Race Systems for the Kawasaki KFX 450R 2008 models. This exhaust is quieter than most pipes on the ATV racing circuit. It’s a great fit for trail riders or racers of all ages. A stepped head pipe design maintains broad power delivery throughout the entire power curve.      The core and packing are completely rebuildable to simplify any required maintenance. A U.S. Forest Service-approved spark arrestor for use with standard discs and a closed end cap is sold separately. Adding 4-inch discs to this exhaust will increase horsepower, exhaust tone and flow. Removing 4-inch discs will reduce sound and increase low-end torque.
