The first-ever X Games Moto X final goes off the line at the Home Depot Center.

Chad Reed fans were glad to see their favorite Aussie back in action at X Games, as Reed opted to ride a “Supercross only” schedule this year, sitting out the AMA Motocross Nationals this summer.

Although he didn’t make it through to the main event, we still loved seeing the #199 of Travis Pastrana out on the track!

Chad Reed and Grant Langston had a great battle going early on in the Moto X final. Langston ultimately pulled ahead of Reed to take the silver medal, as did Kevin Windham who took home the bronze, with Reed finishing in fourth.

The Parts Unlimited Hospitality had a great view of the track for the Supermoto race.

Jeff Ward and Mark Burkhart had an epic battle going for most of the race, providing some great racing action for the X Games spectators.

In an exact opposite finish from last year’s race, Burkhart just edged out Ward at the checkered flag to claim the Supermoto gold medal.

Supercross King Jeremy McGrath rode a solid race for a fifth place finish in the Supermoto race.
