uperTrapp has been engineering and manufacturing performance exhausts for over 30 years. SuperTrapp has also manufactured the Kerker brand of exhaust systems since the early 90’s. While designing exhausts for everything with a gasoline engine, SuperTrapp focuses heavily on the V-twin motorcycle market. The V-twin market is looking for power, sound and style. SuperTrapp partnered up with master builder Paul Yaffe ten years ago to ensure staying on the cutting edge of style. Paul Yaffe is one to set trends, rather than follow them and the success of the Road Legends product line proves that Paul Yaffe is well in tune with the designs and styles riders want.
Dressers are a major segment of the V-twin industry and are growing at an increasingly rapid pace. When riders speak up, SuperTrapp listens. The demand for a larger variety of Dresser products has been one of the most popular requests. SuperTrapp will be introducing the new line of Yaffe’s Road Legends products for this market at Sturgis along with the huge offering of products SuperTrapp currently has for the market including 2007 applications.

uperTrapp is excited to introduce SuperPak, the first complete all-in-one; easy-to-install, high performance intake, fuel and exhaust kit for select Harley-Davidson Softail and Touring models with Harley-Davidson fuel injected Twin Cam Motors with Delphi ECU. SuperTrapp has tested and developed these calibrations on dynos at their facility as well as on the street in real world test situations.
The goal was to achieve performance gains that targeted the everyday rider; the type of gain that you can feel and utilize in everyday situations. Peak numbers on the dyno were not their goal. SuperTrapp knew right from the get-go what they wanted to achieve, and met their goals. Improved drivability, right out of the box. A SuperPak equipped FLH with SuperTrapp quiet SE mufflers was recently tested in Hot Bike Magazine and netted 13 ft/lb increase in torque and 6.5 HP at only 2500 RPM. That is useable everyday power that is fun to ride.
The 3-part SuperPak includes a SuperTrapp exhaust, plus the following performance enhancing components, which will eliminate the worry of having to figure out what works together:
FiControl is a digital fuel injection control unit engineered by SuperTrapp. The FiControl unit comes pre-calibrated for each specific application. The control unit utilizes nine different calibration values. The nine different values are based upon three RPM and three Throttle Positions (TPS). This 3x3 map gives nine calibrations zones. The three RPM points are defined as: Low (L), Center (C), and High (H) RPM. Likewise the three TPS points are: Shut (S), Part (P), and Wide Open (O) throttle.
These nine positions are easy to understand and easy to adjust. The end user can add or remove fuel in any of these nine calibration zones by simply ‘unlocking’ the control unit and navigating through the calibration menu to adjust accordingly. It is as simple as programming a digital watch.
The ProFilter is SuperTrapp’s own high performance air filter. It is an extremely high flowing gauze type material that allows the engine to breathe in the air it needs. The high quality material also catches minute particles that would otherwise be allowed in to damage your motor with the stock filter. The ProFilter is completely serviceable using any high quality gauze type cleaner and oil.
SuperPak kits are available with a wide variety of SuperTrapp exhausts, including the SE Series Slip-Ons, classic 2:1 SuperMeg Systems and Mean Mother exhausts.
Each kit is tuned for high performance compatibility to provide a dramatic increase in usable torque and horsepower. “The real beauty of this kit,” said Kevin Berger, president of SuperTrapp, “is that the Digital Fuel Management Unit, with a full-featured diagnostic mode, provides improved drivability right out of the box, yet it also allows the user to make custom modifications.”

uperTrapp Super Elite (SE) Series Slip-ons for FLH/FLT ’95-‘07 and ’97-‘07 FLSTS/FLSTSC are among the most popular aftermarket exhaust designs available today for Harley-Davidson Touring and Softail applications.
The expertly finished and chrome plated SE Series Slip-ons have a race proven mechanical baffle that offers SuperTrapp’s trademark increase in horsepower and torque. Left and right hand bodies give riders a personal option to display or hide the SuperTrapp logo.
A key feature unique to the SE Series design is an internal baffle heatshield. This heatshield completely eliminates body bluing.
