     All of the new RT (Rugged Terrain) and XT (Extreme Terrain) winches offer advanced technology and industry-leading value while retaining compatibility with existing WARN mounting kits. Many of the new models feature the new WARN 0.9-horsepower motor and new ergonomically designed clutch knobs.      Easily identified by a great new exterior appearance, all of the new WARN RT and XT models feature centered drums for even pulling, and waterproof contactors and handlebar controls. All-metal 3-stage planetary gear trains and housings plus improved sealing ensure maximum reliability. All of the new models also have reduced power draw for longer duty cycles and less battery drain, and patented mechanical disc brakes for positive operator control. Color-coded wiring allows fast, easy installation, and all are CE certified. Various patents are pending.
     The four RT series winches feature wire rope and most include a roller fairlead. They range from the RT15 with a hawse fairlead for sport quads and smaller utility units to the RT25 and RT30 for those big utility quads to the King Kong RT40 with its powerful 1.5-horsepower high torque motor for UTV applications. RT30 and RT40 models also include a remote control unit as standard equipment.
The three XT series winches feature lightweight synthetic rope and roller fairleads. They range from the XT15 for lightweight four-wheelers to the premium XT25 and super-premium XT30 that includes the new wireless remote control unit and handlebar holster that is optional for all other RT and XT models as well as other current WARN powersports winches.
