uperTrapp is excited to introduce the first complete all-in-one, easy-to-install high performance intake and exhaust kit. All components in the kit are boxed and manufactured by SuperTrapp to ensure exacting performance and superior compatibility.
The 3-part SuperPak includes a SuperTrapp exhaust, plus the following performance enhancing components, which will eliminate the worry of having to figure out what works together:
FiControl™ is a digital fuel injection control unit engineered by SuperTrapp. The FiControl unit comes pre-calibrated for each specific application. The end user can also modify the pre-set curves to adjust for a variety of specific requirements.
ProFilter is SuperTrapp’s own high performance air filter. The filter flows substantially more air than the stock unit, while better protecting the engine from power robbing dirt and debris.
SuperPak kits are available with a wide variety of SuperTrapp exhausts, including the new SE Series Slip-Ons and the classic 2:1 High Performance System. Each kit is tuned for high-performance compatibility to provide a dramatic increase in usable torque and horsepower.
“The real beauty of this kit,” says Kevin Berger, president of SuperTrapp, “is that the Digital Fuel Management Unit, with a full-featured diagnostic mode, provides improved drivability right out of the box, yet it also allows the user to make custom modifications.”

uperTrapp answered the popular demand of riders by designing black ceramic 2:1 SuperMegs for FLH, Dyna, Sportster and Softails. Many riders have been looking for an alternative to chrome exhausts and the black finish provides a unique look in many applications. The 2:1 is by far the best performing exhaust for your V-Twin and the dyno charts prove it. The 2.5-inch collector provides maximum flow even on big bore motors. The three-piece full coverage heat shields keep the heat away from the rider. The SuperTrapp 2:1 SuperMegs systems utilize the patented SuperTrapp Disc Technology allowing riders to adjust sound levels and powerband by adding or removing 4-inch external discs. The Kerker 2:1 SuperMegs systems feature a full flow mechanical core for a deep throaty sound and top end performance.

TV riders will be thrilled with SuperTrapp’s introduction of the new Mud Slinger to its product line. This rugged exhaust, with its polished stainless steel outer body has an aluminum end cap that not only looks cool, but will hold up to the abuse that aggressive ATV riders can dish out. The mechanical core offers a dramatic increase in torque and throttle response. Equipped with a removable USFS Approved Spark Arrestor, the Mud Slinger has an aggressive tone, yet is 96db and forestry legal. It utilizes “Pillow Pack” packing for the ultimate in durability along with superior silencing. All models come complete with clear instructions and all hardware, which eliminates guesswork by lending bolt on power right out of the box.

uperTrapp Industries is pleased to introduce the first models in a long line of “quiet” systems. We all know that noise is one of the biggest issues facing our industry today. Regardless of how anyone personally feels about noise and volume, the simple fact is that we are going to have to quiet down or suffer the consequences. SuperTrapp Industries has always been an advocate of quiet performance exhaust systems and responsible riding habits. Using that volume control in your right hand can help a lot, but these new exhausts will also let you return a bike to near stock sound levels without returning to stock performance.
The first new 2:1 systems are for the Softail models, 1991-2007 and wide tire customs. They are available in both a megaphone and straight body design to offer two different, but popular styles. It’s time to quiet down and SuperTrapp has stepped up again at the forefront of the industry to help make this possible for all riders to achieve.
All of these exciting new products will be on display in the SuperTrapp booth at the Indianapolis show, so stop by and take a look, and also look for our trailer at rallies throughout the year!
