 oshimura is legendary in the world of roadracing. With a long and glory-filled history and more titles in more classes then you can name, “Yosh” is synonymous with speed and horsepower. It’s no secret that Yoshimura knows how to win the game of speed on the pavement, but many people are just starting to realize that for many years now, Yoshimura has been putting their four-stroke power magic into the world of off-road as well.
Yoshimura works with many teams to research and build their products on the racetracks of America. ATV racing is dominated on the national scene by the GNC ATV Series and the GNCC Series, and Yoshimura has riders and teams dominating both title chases. It’s on the steep slopes of Glen Helen’s hills to the Gravity Cavity of Unadilla, the deep woods of Kentucky and hills of West Virginia that Yoshimura creates the optimum exhaust systems for sport ATVs. And for Supercross and motocross machines, Yoshimura works with none-other then Team Honda, one of the most dominate forces in the history of the sport. Needless to say, any dealer can feel confident that when he sells a customer a Yoshimura product for street, off-road, ATV, or motocross, that customer will be satisfied with the results.
The newest product from Yoshimura is the TRC “Shorty.” Introduced just one year ago, the TRC series has impacted the industry tremendously. The TRC features a state-of-the-art design utilizing a cone style end-cap on all three sleeve options and has proved to be a performance leading exhaust. This exhaust will offer race proven performance with style and has already claimed the 2005 SBK and SST Championship. There are three sleeve options (stainless, titanium or carbon) for your customers to choose from. All feature a Laser etched heel guard on the canister inlet.
Now available for the 2006 Kawasaki ZX-14R, Yoshimura is offering a TRC Slip On and a Full System. Dual 16-inch mufflers highlight the slip-on systems while a conventional 16-inch muffler handles the lightweight full system. Also available for the ZX-14R are chassis protectors, bar ends and a low volume sound insert. The LVSI still produces more horsepower than stock but is 8-9db quieter than the open muffler.
