     The Intake Flame is Z1R’s finest off-road helmet. Designed and engineered to exceed rider demands, the Intake is truly a world-class competitor. Constructed of Aramid, Fiberglass and Dyneema for superior strength and weight savings, the Intake offers the perfect blend of balance and stability. The CoolMax® liner will keep riders cooler and drier during those long motos, while the twin molded air channels maximize airflow throughout the interior. Interior refinements include the molded polyurethane chin-bar liner, mesh foam mouth-grate to prevent roost and dust entering while maintaining airflow, and a fully removable/washable comfort liner. Top it off with a fully adjustable visor, UV clear-coated finish, and you have a helmet that is competition ready right out of the box. The Intake Flame comes in sizes XS, S, M, L, XL, and XXL and is offered in Alloy, Blue, Red, Gold, Green, Rubatone Black, White, Black Chrome, and Fluorescent Orange.
     The new Rail Fuel is sure to ignite your senses and fly off your shelves. SNELL and DOT certified, the Rail includes a dual-density styrene liner for improved impact absorption and a fully removable/washable comfort liner that’s soft and supple. The extended chin-bar provides improved breathing room and the 4-port ventilation system allows the Rail helmet to keep riders cool in the roughest conditions. There are also visor vents to help reduce high-speed lift and rubber goggle grabbers to keep goggles in place. The Rail Fuel comes in XXS, XS, S, M, L, XL, and XXL. Colors include Alloy, Red, Yellow, Green, Pink, White/Blue, and White/Red.
The Rail Apex’s superb styling and high-end features make this helmet suitable for the track or trail.
