hanges started with that 6-speed transmission in the 2006 Dynas. That 6-speed is used throughout the lineup. And the familiar T/C 88 has grown into a big 96-incher. Those are significant mechanical changes there made to bikes that’ll soon be in your service department. Factory updates and upgrades like this require new service tools if you want to do the job right, do it quickly and do it safely. JIMS, your longtime source for specialized Harley-Davidson tools, has it covered. The newest Harleys are out and so are plenty of new service tools from JIMS. Check out just a little of what JIMS has available through Drag Specialties especially for those newest Harleys…

The OEM 6-Speed Shift Fork Shaft Remover Tool
This one lets you loosen and remove both shifter shafts from that 6-speed’s transmission door so you can get deeper into the transmission when you need to. It’s perfect for the 2006 to present Dynas and the 2007 FLH and FXST models.

The OEM 6-Speed Main Drive Gear Installer Tool
Safely install a new or repaired main drive gear with the transmission still in the frame. This tool holds the drive gear square to its bearing bore during installation, too. Once again, it’s just the ticket for those 2006 to present Dynas and the 2007 FLHT and FXST.

Late Model T/C Case Splitter
Here’s what you need to safely split the newest engine cases. This tool safely pushes apart both case halves and works on all the T/C engines, the 88s and the new 96s.

Late Model T/C Primary Chain Locker
Easily remove and re-torque the engine and clutch nuts with JIMS Primary Chain Locker in place. This indispensable tool locks the clutch hub sprocket to the front engine sprocket and works on 2006 to present Dynas and the 2007 FLHTs and FXSTs.
These are just a few of the new-model tool offerings from JIMS. There are Cam Assembly Tools, Cam Locking Tools, Cam Bearing Removers & Installers, Stud Installation & Removal Tools and lots more–all designed specifically for the 2006 and 2007 Harley-Davidsons. JIMS even has some new Harley tools offered exclusively through Drag Specialties, tools like the JIMS Paint Cutter to remove powder coating. These are all the tools you’ll need tomorrow and Drag Specialties has them today.
