eoVince offers European craftsmanship and performance at a competitive price. They engineer every system specifically for the specific model to increase power and to “fix” holes in the stock powerband. There are over 150 different canisters and mid pipe combinations offered by LeoVince that are specifically designed and engineered for each model of each motorcycle brand.
Take the new MotoGP style system for the Yamaha R6 and GSX-R 600 and 750 for example. LeoVince’s SBK factory racing exhaust system for the YZF-R6 provides substantial weight savings, increased horsepower and a MotoGP-style appearance. It’s constructed with a TIG-welded stainless steel AISI 304 “4-2-1” header configuration leading to an all-titanium canister (even the rivets!) with a carbon fiber end cap and mounting strap. It features a lambda sensor mounting point. Every SBK system is engineered to provide specific power increases where needed throughout the rev range. Header and mid-pipe length, diameter and shape all play a part as well as the specifics of the can dimensions and internal tuning. While other makers use just a few canister designs to fit the wide range of motorcycles, LeoVince uses more than 150. It is designed to run at peak efficiency with stock fuel injection settings.
LeoVince had a head start on R6 development as Yamaha’s technical partner for the Trofeo Yamaha R6 Italia 2006 series. All LeoVince SBK systems are the result of their experience acquired on world-class competition circuits. LeoVince is the exhaust supplier to the Team Gresini Racing Honda MotoGP team with riders Marco Melandri and Tony Elias. They also support teams competing in World Superbike and Supersport, MX1 and MX2 Motocross, World Enduro and Supermoto. LeoVince’s commitment to racing in the U.S. includes multiple teams in AMA Superbike, Supercross, Outdoor MX, Supermoto and Grand National Flat Track.
As every dealer knows, Slip-Ons are volume sellers for sportbike customers and LeoVince has beautifully crafted offerings. LeoVince SBK slip-on exhaust systems provide substantial weight savings, increased horsepower and a high-end race appearance. Every system is engineered to work properly with the stock header system and increase horsepower. Mid-pipe length, diameter and shape all play a part as well as the specifics of the can dimensions and internal tuning. All slip-ons are designed to run at peak efficiency with stock jetting or fuel injection settings.
Canisters are available in titanium, carbon fiber or aluminium. Slip-on systems are available for a wide range of sportbikes, standards, naked bikes and other models.
