Gibson has finished in the top ten in almost every Supercross main event so far in 2006.
ight weight and performance are everything to today’s motocross and off-road racers. And with the advent of new AMA sound limits, meeting the 99dB standard is critical to competitors nation-wide. LeoVince is far ahead of the curve on sound due to their European racing experience. LeoVince MX pipes already meet next year’s AMA standard of 99dB and meet local tracks 96dB limit with the included insert. They also come with a spark arrestor for off-road use where mandated. And LeoVince performance is top notch, by evidence of their successful Supercross teams which include the SUBWAY Coca-Cola (Jeff Gibson, Jason Thomas), Team Solitaire (Ryan Clark, Justin Buckelew) and Butler Brothers SX teams.
LeoVince developed their line on the racetracks of America and Europe. In addition to their U.S. Supercross teams, LeoVince-sponsored riders Antonio Cairoli (the 2005 MX2 World Champion) and Josh Coppins (2nd in World MX1) had hands in developing their new 2006 MX systems. LeoVince also has five World Enduro Championships to their credit as well.
A great example of the LeoVince tradition of craftsmanship and performance engineering is the all-new X3 MX system, available in the unique dual-silencer design for the 2006 CRF250R. This system comes with a titanium header and either all-titanium silencers or carbon fiber/titanium silencers. All X3 MX systems feature a new, shorter design, centralizing mass for improved handling. In the case of the CRF250R dual system, this preserves the factory engineered handling benefits of Honda’s twin silencer design.
Like all X3 pipes, this full system easily passes 99dB and 96dB sound regulations–not just when new, but moto after moto. Ultra-high-quality, high-temperature packing lasts an exceptionally long time and rarely, if ever, needs repacking. Removable USFS approved spark arrestor keeps you legal. And carbon fiber heat/rock guards keep your pipe looking and performing like new. The X3 titanium silencer is completely constructed from titanium (including baffle, end-caps and rivets); the carbon fiber silencers share this construction with a carbon fiber outer sleeve.
LeoVince X3 MX systems feature interchangeable low-boy and standard head pipes, letting you easily tune your powerband for either SX or outdoor tracks. Choose the style of exhaust that fits your primary needs, and then purchase the second header if desired.
