is best known in the motorcycle industry for its innovative and highly
technical gear as well as top quality motorcycle and ATV hard parts
and accessories. The people who work for Moose operate with the idea
that their brand fits everyone from the grass-roots rider to the top
pros. This is why over the past twenty years, Moose has grown from
a small shop in Littleton, Colorado to a brand known for reaching every
market in the industry.
General Manager Brad
Kruckenberg has helped the growth of Moose by instilling the ideal
of a brand for everyone. Each day he oversees the basic operations
of all sales, marketing, product development, advertising and design.
Keith Lepinski, Brand Manager for Moose, travels
to showcases and events to speak to the sales reps and dealers in order
to learn how to make Moose Racing an even better quality brand. He then
takes this information and implements it into new and better programs
for the dealers.
Product Specialist Aaron Brumbaugh's
job is to help promote Moose. He attends the showcases and events to
acquire information and bring back suggestions for the product development
staff. He also updates all of the sales reps and dealers to ensure they
are aware of the wide variety of products that Moose has to offer.
Eight-time National Enduro Champion Dick Burleson also works riding
and testing at the races. As Moose Racing's Product Engineer it's
his job to find ways to make better products. Having an off-road icon
test products as well as speak one-on-one to dealers, sales reps, and
consumers helps to reinforce the ideals of quality in Moose products.
Moose has three levels of product development -
soft goods, hard parts and ATV hard parts and accessories. Brandon
Mueller handles soft goods, Branden Loveland works with motorcycle
hard parts, and Kyle Phillips develops ATV hard parts, accessories
and all Honda by Moose products. They each work with support riders,
the sales department, purchasing department, and art staff to create
and develop new products from initial concept to artwork and prototypes.
Visual elements, from the advertisements to the design of the gear and
packaging, are carried out by Moose and Haro Design. Art director Kevin
Kelly manages the in-house art department. With the help of graphic designer
Dan Hetzer, the two work together to design apparel, packaging and print.
Roxane Erickson, Promotional/Rider Support Manager, handles over 500
sponsored Moose support riders. She handles both amateur and pro riders
and the dealer/rider support program. Roxane also coordinates the Moose
Bucks Contingency program which is available to all racers in over 15
series across the U.S. This allows racers that have not been sponsored
to also receive rewards. If there is an event, race, or open house she
is the person to contact for a packet of Moose promotional items.
Lindsay Knudson handles trafficking and general support for Moose. She
is available to take requests from the riders and dealers. In addition,
she helps with the daily work of getting ads, press releases, and orders
sent out on time. She also is a contact for any magazine editor needs.
Moose is comprised of a diverse team striving to see their brand in every
store and on every rider. Moose uses the big sales force of Parts Unlimited
to support the brand and also keeps in contact with the grass-roots veteran
class riders. Moose is a brand for everyone, because it involves everyone.
