     The WARN 3.0ci ATV winch is built to deliver an awesome 3,000 pounds of premium pulling power. Control is by the user’s choice of a fixed-mount mini-rocker switch or a hand-held remote control, and both are supplied with the winch. The freespooling clutch is easily accessible for quick cable deployment whenever and wherever serious winching is needed.
     The 3.0’s potent pulling power starts with a high-torque permanent magnet electric motor that drives a three-stage planetary gear train featuring an extremely tight tolerance (.002-inch) across the entire gear set. This reportedly allows the WARN 3.0 to deliver greater efficiency and pulling power than any comparably rated ATV winch on the market. The alloy steel gear housing provides exceptional rigidity, strength and durability to handle the winching forces generated.
     A centered drum evenly distributes the internal loading and reduces the chance of cable interference with tires or bumpers on extreme-angle pulls. The standard roller fairlead eases angled pulls and extends the life of the cable. Dynamic braking provides additional control, and a mechanical brake is available as an option. Fifty feet of 3/16-inch diameter wire rope is included with the 3.0 winch.
     Eight sealed areas protect the winch internals from water, dirt, and other contaminants. Sealed connectors insure the integrity of the brawny 6-gauge wiring harness, and the WARN 3.0 winch comes with a limited lifetime warranty.

And WARN offers nearly 50 model-specific bolt-on winch mounting kits that cover most popular utility four wheelers from Arctic Cat, Bombardier Recreation Products (BRP), Honda, Kawasaki, Polaris, Suzuki, and Yamaha.
