ou can tell a lot about a company by their ads, slogans and published philosophy. Pro Circuit’s is pretty straight to the point. “We race. We win. You benefit.” That pretty much says it all and it encompasses their entire product line, which is almost entirely developed on and for the racetrack.
Pro Circuit believes the track is the only place to figure out what works and what doesn't. The shop is a good place to make sure that a product is technically sound, but if you don't use and test a product in the environment that it is meant for, all you have is numbers. So Pro Circuit goes racing so their customers will get a better product...a product you can count on when you want to race and win.
There are countless companies involved in professional motocross, but more than any of them, Pro Circuit symbolizes racing. Every Saturday night within the 60,000 seat stadiums of the EA Sports Supercross Series, or Sunday afternoon before tens-of-thousands of the hardcore fans of the AMA/Chevy Trucks National Motocross Championships, Pro Circuit is on the line and often at the head of the pack when the checkered flag waves. And Pro Circuit doesn’t mess around; they go for major National and World motocross championships. With the eyes of the world upon them, Pro Circuit products are put to the ultimate test in the competitive world of professional motocross.
Pro Circuit is one of the most powerful and recognized motocross performance companies in the world. The Corona, California based headquarters houses millions of dollars in performance measurement equipment allowing for precise tailoring of power output, and a virtual army of world-class technicians, mechanics and machinists. These resources, along with the research and development skills of the world’s best riders, allow Pro Circuit to create winning solutions custom-tailored for nearly every machine and skill level of rider. From amateur to top pro, mini to vet, Pro Circuit can provide suspension and engine modifications, hard parts, and technical support with one objective in mind: winning. Just look at the record books.

Ti-4 Slip-on 4-Stroke silencer (header pipes are available in both titanium and stainless steel and sold separately).

Pro Circuit's race team has won 13 AMA Pro Racing 125cc Number One Plates in 11 years. Kawasaki’s championship-winning 125 program-Team Pro Circuit/Kawasaki/Chevy Trucks-returns for its 13th season of racing Kawasaki KX machines.
Always an industry leader, Pro Circuit is still out front when it comes to four-stroke racing. Last year, Ivan Tedesco won the 125cc West Supercross Championship racing the all new KXF250 four-stroke as part of the Pro Circuit Team. This is a major accomplishment when you consider that almost all of Pro Circuit’s previous championships were built around two-stroke technology.

Type 496 Slip-on 4-Stroke silencer.

The number tells the story of Ivan Tedesco’s 2004 Supercross season. He positively dominated the 125cc class, winning all but one of the west coast rounds.

With the advent of four-strokes into motocross, Pro Circuit chose to continue winning on the thumpers. The concept is the same, Pro Circuit races four-strokes and uses the racetrack for new product testing and development. This applies to all phases of four-stroke technology and products include motor modifications (from pistons, valves, cams and more), to pipes (T-4 stainless, Ti-4 titanium, 496 Off-Road stainless quiet silencer and the all new Ti-4GP complete titanium racing system). Take a close look at the Ti-4 Silencer, classic styling and aerospace construction sets the Ti-4 silencer apart from the competition. The grade 2 Titanium provides great weight savings and lasting good looks, while the Pro Circuit design offers huge performance enhancements. Plus, a fully tunable modular end cap makes it easy to tune for any track and elevation. Mate the Ti-4 Silencer to one of their titanium or stainless head pipes for great performance gains as well as weight savings. The Pro Circuit four-stroke head pipes come with race finish styling and features combined with high performance inspired lightweight construction to form the ultimate head pipe. Available in both Titanium and Stainless Steel, which allows for one of the finest bolt-on modifications that you can make to any four-stroke machine.
And Pro Circuit four-stroke technology doesn’t start and stop at the motocross track, this company is into Off-Road as well. A good example is the Type 496 Silencer. Designed specifically for the Forest Service, Department of Agriculture, the Type 496 muffler features a revolutionary longer aluminum body construction with impermeable internal packing. The canister is lined with special packing layers, and produces a quiet, safe and legal exhaust note while still enhancing the power of your off-road four-stroke.
There are other racing developed products as well, accessories like foot pegs, works radiators, apparel and more. And everything is designed and tested on the racetrack.
Does Pro Circuit’s four-stroke technology work? Just ask the 125cc West Supercross Champion who rode it to the title. “Mitch (Payton) built me a great bike,” said Ivan Tedesco of the Pro Circuit Kawasaki KX250F. “The engine, suspension, everything about my Pro Circuit machine was flawless. I worked really hard this year. I changed my attitude coming into the season. I didn’t worry about the championship; I let it come to me. I’ve been waiting for this my whole life.”
Pro Circuit’s four-stroke success can mean success for your customers as well. At Pro Circuit, they race, they win, you benefit. Available through Parts Unlimited, contact your rep to learn more about Pro Circuit’s four-stroke exhausts, engine modifications, and other products.
