indle Exhaust had some great new products at the Indy Dealer Expo this year. There’s a new line of track-proven street / race silencers, Hindle’s got some of the trickest mufflers the 4-stroke dirt-bike world has yet seen and, with an eye to the future, there’s a great little bolt-on to keep the noise-police happy.      The new Picotte Performance By Hindle street mufflers were created with plenty of input from current Canadian Superbike and Supersport champion, Pascal Picotte. These signature series mufflers all feature a Troy Lee Design Joker logo and they’re available in blue, red or black. The mufflers are offered in a couple of styles, too, Supersport for racing or Stealth for the street. They’re available in either 18- or 20-inch round or oval sizes and shapes, and there’s a 16-inch “Under The Seat” round or oval and a Bolt-On 18-inch oval, too. These are the mufflers that Pascal rode to back-to-back championships aboard his      Yamahas and they’ll work with any Hindle front section or slip-on adapter.
Hindle’s 2005 dirt lineup is just as tricky. For style, Hindle’s now offering anodized mufflers in blue, red or black, and they’re available in that Stealth configuration with the option of round or oval shapes. There’s a 14-inch length for competition or 16-inches for recreational riding. These mufflers also work with any Hindle front section or slip-on adapter. Hindle knows 4-stroke performance and these dirt-bike silencers prove it.
And Hindle’s got the perfect solution to the noise problem. A new removable baffle converts any Stealth muffler into a SuperStealth silencer. Hindle’s SuperStealth removable baffle/ noise reducer eliminates about 3 to 5 decibels depending on the motorcycle – without any sacrifice of performance. The noise reducer is simple to use and it slips into any Hindle Stealth muffler. It works on street bikes, off-road machines or ATVs.
