FIRST AND LAST
July 1972. Harley-Davidson-mounted Cal Rayborn wins the first-ever AMA National roadrace at Laguna Seca Raceway in Monterey, California. He was killed the following season in New Zealand, so his Monterey win turned out to be his last-ever National win. It was also Harley-Davidson’s last roadrace victory in the premier class of AMA National racing.

This July, the stars of MotoGP take to the track now known as Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca in the Red Bull U.S. Grand Prix. "Supporting the sport," Parts Unlimited is a proud sponsor of the race.
