hat an exciting time of year it is! Ask the general public what’s so exciting about late fall, and they’ll respond with standard answers regarding their favorite football team, or the holidays. For those of us whose passions are all things related to the powersports industry, we have our own excitement brewing, especially for those of us at Moose Racing.
     Back in August, at the Parts Unlimited NVP & Dealer Showcase, we introduced a completely redesigned line of outerwear including the new Monarch Pass, Expedition and XCR. Also introduced were a new XCR Shield, two new Drink Systems and a wider variety of utility and race ATV parts from both Moose Utility and Honda by Moose. You now have more Moose products than ever to offer.
     You may have heard from your Parts rep that we have delayed the introduction of our 2005 racewear until January 1st. While this goes against all conventional wisdom for our industry, we felt it was time to throw a curve ball at everyone, and re-energize the off-road market. The time of year immediately following the holidays can be slower business-wise for a number of reasons. By introducing the latest offering of what we feel is the best off-road and motocross gear in the world, we are offering everyone an opportunity to bring customers back into their stores, and get them thinking about the spring riding season.
     Too often we get caught up in “waiting until the Indy Show” to see what’s new. At Moose Racing, we’re going to start this blitz early, back it up with strong media advertising and continue to sponsor some of the best riders in the world. What will this do for you? We are more committed than ever to introducing new products all year long, rather than just throwing out a new line once a year, with nothing fresh to follow it up. We’ll leave that philosophy to our competitors.
     I invite you to join us at Moose Racing while we keep our eye on the ball closer than ever. We’re going to keep introducing innovative products and making our current ones better.
