Both the TRS Pro and TRS Comp Series systems come in slip-on applications.

The TRS Pro Series systems are made from Grade-2 aerospace titanium, and are designed for the ultra-serious racer.

port quads are the fastest-growing segment in the ATV field. These things are hot—and there are plenty of them out there. Whether it’s the Kawasaki KFX700 or KFX400, Honda’s TRX450R or TRX400EX, Yamaha’s YFZ450, the Polaris Predator 500, Suzuki’s LT-Z400, or the Arctic Cat DVX400 these machines all draw serious interest from serious riders. And as good as these quads are straight from the factories serious riders want to make them better. They want them faster, more powerful and more powerful sounding. The time-honored route to all that, of course, is an exhaust swap and Yoshimura R&D is right there with the goods.
No surprise. A leader in the performance-exhaust field, Yoshimura’s always been out front whether it’s road racing, motocross, Supercross, Arenacross—or sport quads. All those popular sport quads we’ve just listed? Yoshimura has the right performance exhaust for all of them, and has it in either titanium or stainless steel. No matter what the budget is, Yoshimura’s got the pipes.
Now, ultra-serious racers will head straight to the TRS Pro Series systems. Constructed from high-quality Grade-2 aerospace titanium, these full systems have it all. These are quick-release CNC mandrel-bent tapered headpipes and midpipes, there are machined billet manifolds and flanges and it’s all finished off with the acclaimed Yoshimura TRS racing muffler. Those TRS mufflers are equipped with a removable USFS-approved spark arrestor, too, and can be easily re-packed by the owner to maintain peak performance. Speaking of which, the TRS Pro improves power throughout the rpm range. There’s a big bottom-end boost, a massive mid-range, and a top-end that seems to go on forever. It’s a great combination of controllable power. Muffler options include titanium and carbon fiber, and these systems are featherweights, averaging just over four pounds.
The stainless steel Comp Series exhausts offer the same performance in a more economical package, and now feature that trademark Yoshimura TRS muffler. Combining high performance and cost-effectiveness, the TRS Comp Series exhausts are manufactured from 304L stainless and they’re super durable, perfect for extreme off-road work like GNCC, desert racing and hard-core trail riding. The TRS Comp Series exhausts have the same headpipe and tailpipe designs as the Pro systems, the billet manifolds are welded to the headpipes, and power increases are the same, too. Muffler options here include aluminum and carbon fiber, and these systems weigh in at right around 7 lbs., total.
TRS Pro and TRS Comp exhausts are available in slip-on applications, too. Decibel levels for all exhausts are 101 dB; an optional TEC-KIT with USFS-approved spark arrestor inserts lowers the level to 93 dB and 96 dB, respectively. These performers can be trail-friendly.
Sport quads are hot, and Yoshimura’s making them sizzle. All these exhausts are in stock and ready, too, and Parts Unlimited carries the full line.

Yoshimura exhaust systems are the perfect choice for the sport quad market.
