FMF’s PowerCore2 silencer delivers strong performance.

MF, a leader in motorcycle exhaust systems and other performance parts, is also a forerunner in the ATV market. In fact, FMF’s comprehensive line-up offers pipes for every need. Whether it’s ATV age, application, intended use or price point, FMF delivers in every category.
In minis alone FMF offers systems for both 2- and 4-stroke ATVs, from the LT/KFX 50 and Raptor 80 to the TRX90. The FMF mini arsenal includes the famous Fatty pipe, which broadens the powerband and provides riders with a healthy overall power increase. Improved throttle response, a linear powerband and increased over-rev all add up to a pipe that every mini rider will benefit from, which is why the Fatty pipe is FMF’s most popular pipe. Whether your customers are riding tracks, trails or the open desert, this pipe delivers.
Another great FMF mini system is the infamous PowerCore2. This system is the measure for which others aim. With its lightweight extruded aluminum oval canister mated to a perforated core, this silencer is outstanding. The PowerCore2 silencer provides a strong performance edge for any 2-stroke machine and the stainless steel performance flow end cap and front stinger offer unbeatable durability and an unmatched look.
FMF developed the PowerCore4 for 4-stroke minis to increase the horsepower and torque throughout the entire power curve and give riders a noticeable power increase. The PowerCore4 features space-age internal packing for maximum packing life, a Hi-Flo modular end cap, and enhanced sonic evacuation for higher flow and increased power.

The Powercore 4 system is available for a wide range of 4-strokes, including 4-stroke minis.

And these are just a sample of the ATV mini products offered by FMF!
FMF hasn’t forgotten the utility ATV owners. Designed specifically for utility ATVs, FMF’s system delivers more useable power throughout the powerband while keeping the sound level down. This muffler also requires no maintenance and, in most cases, is considerably lighter than stock.
FMF is committed to performance, and this race-proven philosophy holds true for ATVs as well as motorcycles. FMF offers high-performance systems for most sport and competition ATVs, including 2-stroke systems for the Polaris, Blaster, Banshee, TRX250, LT500, Tecate 4 and Gas Gas Wild 300. And, because different riders have different needs, FMF offers a varied selection. The SST pipe, for example, increases mid-range pull and extends the over-rev considerably while sharpening the off-idle throttle response. The Fatty Gold Series pipe broadens the powerband and provides a healthy overall power increase plus improved throttle response and enhanced over-rev.
The FMF Gnarly pipe adds 4-stroke tractor-like torque to 2-strokes, increasing the lower rpm horsepower and torque to get riders out of the toughest terrain. For riders that are running out of power up top, or want more time between shifts and do a lot of deep berm or sand riding, the FMF Rev is the pipe of choice. The Rev focuses its power delivery in the middle and upper rpms of the powerband.
And, in addition to all of these options, the folks at FMF already have new things brewing for a number of these applications for 2005!

The all-new “Q” offers exceptional performance as well as sound compliance.

For hard-core competition 4-strokes like the brand-new YFZ450 and TRX450R or the established KFX/LTZ400s, FMF offers high-performance systems at various price points. Select from ultra-trick and lightweight titanium or high-performance race mufflers or headers made from a selection of materials. Choices include everything from FMF’s Factory 4 System and the Titanium 4 SL to the Titanium 4 and the PowerCore4. All offer significant power gains and weight savings.
An equally impressive line of systems is available for sport 4-stroke ATVs like the Raptors, TRX400s, TRX250s, V-Force 700 Kawasaki, Bombardier 650 and Arctic Cat 500. Like the competition 4-strokes, FMF offers multiple choices depending on performance preference and price point.
And don’t forget FMF’s venerable “Q” for ATVs. The all-new “Q” is the only exhaust system ATV riders need for performance and sound compliance. FMF developed the Q muffler to decrease the sound level in a U.S. forest-legal muffler without hampering performance and rideability. The power delivery has been designed to aid traction in all conditions, allowing the rider more control. The “Q” uses internal baffles, chambers and space-age sound-absorbing materials to accelerate exhaust flow with less noise and minimal power loss. The new “Q” is designed to take the noise out of riding, not the fun.
Also available for ATVs is a complete line of 909 products. 909 is a division of FMF and offers effective, functional control items. These include 909 handlebars, grips and hand protectors.
FMF has everything you need to outfit 2- and 4-stroke ATVs. Contact your Parts rep today and stock up.
