Yoshimura’s lightweight Pro Series pipes feature a low-boy design that improves performance and lowers the system’s center of gravity.

he new season’s here and Yoshimura’s ready. For starters, this year there are brand-new RS-3 Oval Slip-ons for the popular and budget-priced Comp Series pipes. These Slip-ons bolt right onto the stock pipes…easy!
The 2004 Comp RS-3 Oval Slip-on is brand-new. Just one of the features of this silencer is an aluminum sleeve with a hard-mount, weld-on bracket. The new aluminum sleeve, while providing all that added strength, reduces weight, too. The Comp Slip-on comes standard with Yoshimura’s 96db spark arrester removable insert. For closed course racing, simply remove the insert. For everyday off-road riding, loosen three bolts, pop the insert in, tighten ’er up, and you’re off and riding legally . . . and responsibly. The Comp Slip-On also comes with a USFS-approved spark arrester.

For serious racers who choose Pro Series pipes, a carbon fiber canister is now an option to the full-titanium unit.



     For ’04 Yoshimura’s stainless steel Comp Series full systems now come standard with Yoshimura’s Tri-Oval race muffler. The Tri-Oval stainless muffler now comes standard with Yoshimura’s two-piece end cap, a 96db slip-in insert, and a USFS-approved spark arrester, too. Improved tire clearance and better performance are featured with this new configuration, as well. Optional carbon fiber and aluminum canisters are available, too.
     For the serious racer, Yoshimura’s Pro Series pipes are awesome! Yoshimura led the industry in bringing titanium pipes off-road and that leadership continues. New for 2004, Yoshimura’s also offering the option of a carbon-fiber canister in addition to the standard full-titanium unit.

A Tri-Oval race muffler now comes with all of Yoshimura’s stainless steel Comp Series full systems.





     These lightweight and race-ready exhaust systems are entirely constructed with Grade 2 aerospace-quality seamless titanium. The tapered headpipes and tailpipes are CNC mandrel bent, and the Pro Series pipes come with that Yoshimura-exclusive TRS Tri-Oval canister. And there’s more. Yoshimura’s Pro Series headers now feature a low-boy design, which not only improves performance throughout the powerband but also lowers the system’s center of gravity. Of course the Pro Series full-titanium systems come standard with that Yoshimura two-piece end cap which makes the optional USFS-approved spark arrester and TEC quiet inserts easy to install.
