Airnet gauze sections in the comfort liner and dual
adjustableforehead ventilation ports make the XCR
possibly the best ventilated helmet in its price class.

ong revered for its award-winning XCR apparel, Moose Racing introduced its all-new XCR helmet to an enthusiastic retailer body at the annual Dealernews International Powersports Dealer Expo in February. This marks the first time the apparel giant has ventured into head protection with its XCR line, and for good reason.
“The Moose Racing XCR brand has always represented the highest level of quality, yet provided class-leading value,” says Sales/Product Manager John Strangfeld. “We stayed away from helmets in the past because we were not able to provide the extreme level of value our customers demand from our products. Thanks to improvements in manufacturing technology and a lot of serious design work, we are now proud to offer a true high-end helmet at an affordable retail price of $139.95.”

The XCR helmet is Moose Racing’s first foray into the head protection market.

Never before have so many features been packed into an affordable helmet. Starting with an advanced composite core with blended shell materials, the XCR is lightweight yet tough. A high-density energy-absorbing inner liner meets or exceeds all DOT and Snell M2000 safety standards. The fully removable, washable and replaceable comfort lining fits over the specially designed head form that provides comfort on par with helmets in the $300-$350 range.
Possibly the best-ventilated helmet in its price class, the XCR features Airnet gauze sections in the comfort liner and dual adjustable forehead ventilation ports. Top it off with an aggressive chin bar ventilation grill and you have a recipe for the ultimate in air circulation and damp air extraction.
And don’t for a minute think that there are any compromises in the looks department. The XCR helmet comes in six vibrant color schemes: Blue, Red, Stealth, Yellow, Lime and Orange. 3-D crystal badges with a chrome-laminate base combine with Exbrite multi-colored decals featuring a high-gloss UV protection clear coat for a true high-end appearance.
Sizing ranges from XS to XXL to fit virtually all riders. A solid supply of replacement liners, forehead vents, mouth vents and visors in all colors are always in stock as you’ve come to expect from Parts Unlimited.
With so much helmet for so little dough it’s no wonder the XCR was one of Indy’s biggest hits. Now it’s time for you to extend that enthusiasm to your customers by offering them the best value in head protection on the market. Contact your Parts Unlimited rep today.
