erformance rules. It’s been that way with Pro Circuit for more than two decades, ever since this company’s start as a tiny, high-performance bike shop. That flinty-eyed focus is the reason Pro Circuit’s become a world-recognized powerhouse, the kind of place factory tuners turn to. Pro Circuit’s won more National and Supercross titles than anybody, more than just about all its competitors combined. When it comes to pipes and exhaust parts, no one has a better track record. So when Pro Circuit unveils new hardware savvy racers, riders and tuners everywhere listen up. Year after year, this stuff is the fast way to the checkered flag, and for the 2004 season nothing’s changed. Pro Circuit has the goods.

This year’s lineup of hot, new pipes and silencers is pretty extensive, too. There’s something for everyone, two-stroke guys and four-stroke guys alike. It’s all been Pro Circuit tested, too, on the dyno, track and roosting around out on the fire-roads. This stuff builds horsepower, cuts weight and delivers the sort of all-around performance Pro Circuit’s known for. And of course it’s all top quality, coming in a package that’s been researched and developed to win.

So take a look at just some of what Pro Circuit’s got for 2004. You won’t be disappointed.

The Four-Stroke Stuff

Ti-4 GP “Low Boy” System
Here’s a complete front-to-back system using ultra-lightweight Grade 2 aerospace titanium throughout. There are huge weight savings with this one, along with a boatload of performance highlights. This system was especially developed to lower and centralize a bike’s center of gravity, thereby improving overall handling and increasing critical clearances. And power? Crack the throttle and the Ti-4 instantly responds with an immediate hook-up, building from there with horsepower gains all the way to the top. It retails at $749.95.

Ti-4 Slip-on Silencer
Want just the slip-on? Here it is, but this one includes the muffler, mid-pipe and all the mounting hardware, too. It’s the Ti-4, so of course it’s all Grade 2 aerospace titanium, and it can be used with the OE headpipe or a Pro Circuit pipe. There’s a CNC-machined modular end cap to dial-in the performance, too, allowing the powerband to be reshaped to the conditions. Retail prices start at $399.95.

T-4 Silencer
This slip-on body is constructed from lightweight brushed aluminum, with a stainless steel end cap and intake tube. Offering big horsepower increases and that fast, strong, Pro Circuit response for hard acceleration, the T-4 is one of the most sought after four-stroke performance upgrades on the market. It retails from $269.95 up.

Stainless Steel or Titanium Head Pipes
Pro Circuit’s got it either way. Maximum power in tough stainless steel for real bang-around durability, or all that power and lightweight titanium. The pipes are all hand-assembled for a perfect fit every time, and they look great with a works-type finish. They’re priced from $174.95.

Type 496 Silencer
This performance slip-on also cuts the noise. It’s a new, low-maintenance Pro Circuit design using a longer aluminum body and internal E-Glass packing to bring the decibels way down without dropping any of the power. That lightweight brushed aluminum body is matched with a stainless steel end cap and intake tube, and the combination offers impressive horsepower gains while staying well inside the legal sound limits. The Type 496 is engineered to deliver tractable, all-over power making it a sweet choice for off-roaders in need of a quiet ride. Retail prices begin at $319.95.

And For Two-Strokes…

Works Pipe
Take a look at the first Pro Circuit exhaust built with a bare metal finish. This pipe not only looks all-business, it is. The Works Pipe increases horsepower and throttle response throughout the RPM range—out of the gate, out of the corners, everywhere. “The Works” is geared for serious racers wanting factory-team performance in a no-nonsense package. Tough, and tough looking, the retail is $199.95.

The Platinum
This rugged exhaust pipe, inspired by the Works, has a tough body plating to protect it from the wear and tear of hard-core riding. The Platinum’s protected with a special Electroless Nickel bath technology for abrasion resistance, a coating that provides added corrosion protection, as well. Bike and ATV riders of all levels will love the power gains, too. It retails for $199.95.

The Platinum 2
Kicking it up a notch, this state-of-the-art pipe is pure heavy-duty and ready to take on any terrain or conditions. The body is constructed with 18-gauge metal to guard against rock damage and the rigors of off-roading, and the Platinum 2 has that nickel-bath/anti-corrosion solution finish for long life. Designed as a torque pipe, there’s steady roll-on power here, too, making the Platinum 2 ideal for riding in tight conditions. The retail price is $229.95.

R-304 Silencer
This one combines that classic round look with the latest in short-body construction. The R-304 body is lightweight 6061 T6 aluminum with a brushed finish, and the design neatly balances durability and high performance. This one will be a great pick for riders wanting a lightning quick silencer. The throttle response is right there, and the price is just $112.95.

304 Silencer
Take that R-304 and give it a longer midsection for noise control and you get the 304, an excellent replacement-choice for OE silencers. All those impressive Pro Circuit performance gains are here, too. The suggested retail on this one is $112.95, as well.

Nature Friendly
The name says it all. Pro Circuit’s clog-free Krizman bullet design delivers a nicely muffled exhaust without any loss of performance. There’s a USFS-approved spark arrestor included. The retail price is $139.95.

The Type 296
Here’s one more USFS-approved spark arrestor/silencer, this time maximizing performance. The Type 296 is quiet, too. A longer canister brings the noise level right down to the legal 96 dB. It’s priced at $152.95 retail.

Two-stroke or four, Pro Circuit’s got the goods, and your customers will want them, too. Give your Parts Unlimited rep a call and get stocked up today.
